Friday, June 17, 2016 - This wine was phenomenal and drinking great right now. Decanted for an hour and probably could have used a couple of hours. Black fruits especially blackberry and sweet cassis on a very long finish of over a minute. Paired perfectly with a sous vide NY strip!!
