Sunday, June 19, 2022 - A mistake to pop and pour this one with our neighbors after an evening out in the village. Completely green and closed. Structure is there just too early to open. A 90+ for quality, a 70 for drink ability. Took back the glasses and replaced with a 2015 Thalarn, which did the job
Next day already much better. Night in the fridge with air opened up the wine. Still young, still primary, yet some fruit coming through.
Second say even better. At ease, even if still quite primary. Good to lift to 92.
One to hold two more years at least, then to give ample air to enjoy.
