Thursday, August 5, 2010 - Decanted @ 2pm and left in closed decanter for 5 hours. Yet I still preferred it further aerated with Vinturi. Ellen preferred it 5 months ago when I just double decanted it, and let it improve over the course of dinner. Good Intense mountain cab.
