Sunday, March 25, 2012 - Bottle opened in the course of two hours. The initial tannin dropped away and the fruit opened, but not over ripe and held a good structure.. Color was very good as was the bouquet and palate Easily finished by two in one sitting and displayed a good Chanteauneuf character. Went very well with food.
