Sunday, February 3, 2008 - Drink up. This is mature and my guess is it is starting its decline. More than a hint of brick in color. Nice blackberry and dry earth on the nose along with flavors of blackberry, and hint of tobacco. It is fun to drink a wine that has fully evolved, but I can't see waiting any longer.
