Wednesday, December 23, 2020 - Good in the first two hours. It shown pretty good aroma. Light-medium body and acceptable length of finishing. Blackcurrant, a bit smoky and spicy, meaty, and chocolate. After two hours, it starts become a bit too oaky and savoury.

I rarely have good experience with aged Châteauneuf, and I had my fingers crossed when I saw your Chapoutier three-bottle case.
