Friday, March 28, 2008 - Enjoyed before dinner out in Memphis at Rendezvous with Brill, Brad, Jen and Annie.
Nice balanced SB again by Benziger.
Marshmallows and candy Circus Peanuts on the nose.
Excellent crisp and pure finish with nice minerality.
Surprisingly silky for a SB. Gotta love the clean feel of the biodynamic approach to winemaking.
