Definitely some earth tones on the palate. Even though this was decanted for a while it is sitll very tightly wound now. Lots of structure and a nice tart finish. This is going to take some time to strut its stuff, but it should be terrific with some age. Rating based on how it is drinking now, it will be much better in 6-8 years.
