Wednesday, August 4, 2021 - Always a delicious Syrah, on the plush and soft side in 2018, but still showing great freshness and typicity. Aromas of black fruit, black pepper, violets, olives... juicy and satin textured, deceptive structure, this grips long but gently. Fresh and lively through the finish, lots of dark fruit and spice lingering long, interesting subtle minty and herbal notes too. This will age well, at least 5 more years.
