Sunday, February 6, 2022 - 100% Chardonnay. 13% abv. The cork is supplied by Diam Bouchage (Diam5 model). Nice fresh nose with notes of pineapple, lime and honeysuckle flowers. It's fleshy and generous on the palate. It offers pastry aromas and a slight chalky touch. The accurate balance makes it dangerously drinkable. Straight and vibrant finish on pure aromas of white peaches and some salivating bitters. Luscious pairing with seared scallops. Unbeatable value for money!
