Monday, April 10, 2023 - This wine poured a medium straw color to the glass. Great, zippy youthfulness and acidic character throughout. The nose on this wine is really complex. Mango, banana, peach, passion fruit, and nice gravelly limestone finish. This wine is crazy complex and the QPR on this wine is quite insane actually. Sta Rita Hills Chardonnay went with an eclectic bunch of leftovers including pea salad, ashes potatoes, braised carrots and spinach cheese casserole. Drink now or hold for a few years.
