Wednesday, November 10, 2021 - Crisp texture and refreshing mouthfeel make this an excellent Albariño for sipping or accompanying a meal of fresh fish or lightly prepared meats. Aromas of pear, green apple, and a hint of mineralogy. Flavors of pear, apple, and lemon. Well structured, with pleasing acidity. Medium-length, slightly tart fruit finish.
