Quite deep lemon/gold in colour. Textured, full, interesting. Apples both tart and with a hint of sweetness, other fruit notes too, maybe more tropical even.
An interesting and most enjoyable wine to be savoured. Drunk with grilled halibut with crab risotto.

Deep golden yellow with a hint of green. Melon rind and on the nose. As many note there is a lot of lemon, but there is so much more. I get unripe pear and a subtle backbone of aged cheese. Great finish with just the right acidity.

Crisp texture and refreshing mouthfeel make this an excellent Albariño for sipping or accompanying a meal of fresh fish or lightly prepared meats. Aromas of pear, green apple, and a hint of mineralogy. Flavors of pear, apple, and lemon. Well structured, with pleasing acidity. Medium-length, slightly tart fruit finish.

Pale yellow color w/excellent clarity. Fruit-forward aromas of apple, pear, & wet stone. Fruity flavors led by apple and pear, w/refreshingly crisp, stony notes. Crisp acidity, but well balanced for sipping or accompanying fresh fish or lightly prepared chicken.

Really enjoyed this. What marked it out for me was what one taster called a citrus line; certainly there was what struck me as an extra dimension of a fresh, acidic line that provided a refreshing counterpoint to the rich peachy fruit. Lovely.

Fefiñanes is Rías Baixas’ most historic albariño producer who continue to make one of the most delicious examples. Soft and peachy Spanish white with a lovely line of lemony freshness.

Highly expressive wine of the best kind. The fruit is extraordinary right now with great depth supported by a creamy but in now way fat texture. It has some exotic fruit character but there are also white petals and a great salinity that gives sharp and beautiful outlines to the wine. This is remarkably well made and ready to drink. It even accelerates on the second night, so you can pop the cork but you don´t need to.

Aromatic with stale beer, apricot, white peach, and honeysuckle. The palate has an effervescent lift to accompany the lemon-lime, citrus blossom, honey, mineral, and faint petrol flavors. Lees aging gives the body a fluffy, pillowy texture to offset the high acidity. Very well done.

Excellent albarino, nice citrus elements and balance. I think there may be slightly better rias baixas out there for the price, but this is a solid choice.

Excellent wine. One of best Albarino I've had.
Medium yellow/lemon colour. Apples on the nose, following through to palate, but rounded not too tart. A pleasing fullness and good finish.
Excellent with a beetroot and goat's cheese starter.

That smells wonderful. Pronounced with lots of lemon. And palate is quick and tart in a very good way.

I have been drinking this wine for years and this may be the best vintage or at least the best bottle yet. Has some real stuffing.
