Sunday, December 10, 2023 - Pale gold. Medium plus on the nose. Bruised apple hits me first, follow by straw, honey, wool, honeysuckle. Developing. Palate is dry, high acid, high alcohol, medium plus intensity, medium plus finish. Similar flavor as the aroma. Apple, waxy, straw, ripe stone fruits, mineral. Long finish.
Outstanding wine. Drink now with potential to age.
