Sunday, May 1, 2022 - This is a fine wine. A near perfect example of a German wine with sugar left in it.
First tropical fruits in the nose, that quickly change to honey of different kinds and peach.
On the palate this is showing it's full beauty. Peach, honey, sweet, but not too sweet.
Paired it with a cheese-leek-soup. Perfect match! Finished the (half) bottle after dinner. Speaks for itself as well as it fits cream-based food.
Looking forward to have the other 5 bottles in my cellar over the next decades.
