Monday, February 6, 2023 - Gorgeous Cornas from Vincent Paris which is just slowly shedding its baby fat.
The bouquet starts with dark fruit of blackberries, olive tapenade, blueberries and a slight whiff of white pepper.
The palate convinces with powerful but refined tannins and a long finish.
I would wait at least another 5 years, before opening another bottle, but its nice to try this wine in its primary phase.
