Saturday, March 19, 2022 - Drunk in a restaurant with no formal notes taken, this was an excellent wine punching above its price tag. Honeyed with lemon and floral notes and an underlying saltiness, this managed to successfully combine with spicy Nepalese food without being overwhelmed. In fact, I find that Alberino wines seem to accompany Indian/Sub Continent cuisine perfectly as an alternative to beer.
