Wednesday, April 22, 2015 - Sugarcane, pear and honey on the nose. The palate exploded with layers of tropical fruits, sugarcane fruit, honey, and rice cracker after two hours in the glass. The intensity, depth and spectrum were slightly better than the 00 and 04 jadot chevalier demoiselles, but the nose was less opulent. Perhaps this wine still requires time. I enjoyed this better than last time. An excellent bottle. Thanks to Kingyan. 93+
