Friday, March 31, 2023 - Red fruited and peppery. Rather mild attack on the palate (carbonic?) with fine chalky finish. Lovely freshness, just a hint of funk on the back of the palate which may be some sort of brett that takes away from an otherwise fantastic bojo.
