Thursday, April 14, 2022 - Wonderful balance. Sweet apricots, citrus, minerality. Smooth and oily. Some latent CO2 causes a slight fizz in the mouth on first taste. Likely that will dissipate as this ages. This has an amazing future ahead of it. Great to try it young with such vibrant sweet fruit but will probably hold off on the rest of the case for at least a decade. Delicious now but so much potential.
