Thursday, January 25, 2024 - (25-1) Rose geranium and passion fruit on the nose. On the palate it’s rather intense as these aromas are enhanced by firm acidity. Medium length (92pts).
(28-1) After three days open in the fridge, the wine softened markedly and I liked better (93pts). My wife liked it better the first night however, when green flavours and acidity dominated.
