Wednesday, October 14, 2020 - PnP, chilled. As the name implies = no oak, no malo; just Chardonnay.
Citrus aromas. Lots of lemon, some green apple, a touch of peach and a hint of minerality with searing acidity. Very palate cleansing. Will probably hold for another year or two.
