Sunday, October 3, 2021 - Popped and poured. Working my way through a survey of PYCM 19 Saint-Aubins. This shows more tropical notes on the nose, with a little herbal element to accompany the typical PYCM lemon and flint. Good structure, with appropriate volume, acid and dry extract on the palate, everything is in place. Juicy finish with additional acid bite surfacing. These should be long lived.
