Saturday, July 1, 2023 - Golden yellow hue, aroma of apricot and pineapple and flavors of apricot, pineapple and orange marmalade with just a slight note of honey. Nice acidic backbone supports the flavors in a lively manner and not at all sappy. No hint of botrysis . Already drinking well but will evolve for another 10 years.
