Tuesday, March 12, 2024 - Aromatic and perfumed with notes of lemon, marmalade, apricot, pineapple, orange, nectarine, honeysuckle, clove, and vanilla.

Sweet with medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, and a medium+ body.

The finish is long with flavors of dried apricots, ripe pineapple, orange zest, and honey.

An excellent Sauternes with a focus on delicate fruity and floral notes rather than dried and aged flavors.
