Wednesday, May 21, 2014 - Dinner at Villa Tiboldi, Roero.
The nose is a mixture of bad oysters, wet cellar, cork, and Nebbiolo mixed with dish water.
Not very inviting, but I had to have a sip or two to find out and yes, this was dead and gone,
Just dead fruit and acidity/ bad vinegar left in the bottle.
Sad, but these things unfortunately happens.
