Friday, July 1, 2022 - Im going to bitch a bit here...Im no "corked wine baby"...especially with Bordeaux. The initial nose of so many older Bordeaux are fooling. But there's no denying scents of mildew coming off the top. The funny part, all the newbies were happily oohing and ahhing...Go figure. But under it all, there is no denying that this wine a powerhouse. I will hold back judgement until I try again. But this, is a BUY!

11/12/2022 6:33:00 AM - True that...I was dreaming last night and early this morning. What should I open tonight? Lots of 1980's wines in the cold end of the cellar that need love. I dont want to turn into one of these old guys that only like young wines and gawk at young girls...So my 2019's are welcomed to stay out as long as they like, I will be spending the night with something classy and mysterious. Happy Saturday :-)
