On the palate, a soft mouth-filling texture, with fruit balanced by baking spices and a mineral spine just shy of assertive, but it's there. I'd have to look over all of my tasting notes to confirm, but the Ryan has always been one of my favorite pinots, with aromatics, flavor profile, and texture all hitting my personal sweet spots.
