Saturday, May 6, 2023 - Lunch at Jade Court (Chicago, IL): #15-20, 9.5% abv. I've been quite enjoying how the 2019 lower Prädikat wines have been showing, and this fits the theme nicely. Lovely herbal aromatics with some tart tropical notes. Relatively light on its feet, but with classic Mosel minerality. An outstanding value -- the Zeltingen-Rachtig wines from Selbach-Oster have always been the sweet spot.
