Friday, May 19, 2023 - White peach, pear, spices and lemon on the nose. Nearly medium bodied (9.5% ABV) with white peach upfront, moving to yellow peach, pineapple and other mixed tropical notes through the middle. Some richness and a touch of sweetness behind along with acidity, spices and tart notes. The fruit is already quite expressive, but with enough acidity for it to seem fresh. Shows better on the cooler side to bring out the acidity to match the depth of fruit. Next bottle for me, Q1 2024.
