Monday, February 5, 2024 - With hangar steak, smashed potatoes, charred brocolli.
After 6 hour decant. Needed that. Sip after 3 hours was quite tonicky
Very nice! Huge middle and ending. Dense mouthfeel but with sufficient fruit - not chocolate
First of case. Will go into "drink with good food over next few years" pile
