Monday, April 17, 2023 - Peta (plus others) big birthday celebration (Peta & Loic's place, Croydon(ish)): A little bacon fat, butter, toasted nuts, a touch of sweet spice, stone fruit, smidge of citrus. Good quality oak. Juicy, fleshy, a little apple joins the stone fruit, those toasted nuts. Yum yum
