Friday, March 2, 2012 - pale straw, fine stream of bubbles. Golden delicious apple, lemon, cream, yeast. Well integrated, well built wine with decent structure, but stylistically a bit more ripe than I like. I found myself wishing for a little less fruit and a little more mineral.
