Thursday, November 26, 2020 - Delicious. However stylistically it tasted more like a Brut rather than Blanc de Blancs. It lacked the precision, crispness, and everything else I love about BdB. Perhaps this is a function of age. I would have guessed 50/50 PN and Chard. Delicious, none the less.
