Friday, September 8, 2023 - Golden yellow - clear - clean - deep caramelized brioche with fermentingly overripe orchard fruit - here pears - and sweet fully ripened tropicals - here pineapple chiefly - palpable resid sugar despite being sec. Like a ripe aged on lees champagne with a heavy dosage and triple digit tag - sans CO2 of course.
