Monday, June 20, 2022 - Two hour slow ox. Straw color. Lemon meringue, honeysuckle, and subtle buttery caramel on the nose. Smooth, dry palate, with glossy acidity.
This is a relatively simple Bourgogne Blanc, but beautifully executed. It kept improving over two hours of drinking.
