Friday, December 15, 2023 - Bought from an older store I used to call on as a wine rep. For $33 it's a steal!

Color. Pale gold

Nose. Lemons, apples, straw, vanilla ice cream.

Palate. Big persistent mousse, bright and balanced acidity, delicious purity of fruit. It's distinctively USA sparkling wine. Zero bread or yeast or toast. I would love to try this against Domaine Carneros.
