Community Tasting Note

Friday, October 28, 2022 - Tasted at home over two hours, Zalto universal: more like I know Roth Lay than six days ago,with the formidable liquid, fluid texture and aromatic complexity. Some fuel notes, but a grand wine in the making, perhaps a bit introvert now.

Three days later, the wine is firm and has high acidity. Needs ageing, I think.
