Friday, March 1, 2024 - Rich cherry, berry and cedar notes in the nose with hints of rosemary. Well structured with firm tannins. Blackberry and black pepper on the palate. May well open up and develop more complex notes in time.

    4/13/2024 6:44:00 AM - Only for about 20 minutes but next bottle I will definitely do so for longer however I plan to wait a year before pulling that cork. Pretty wine.
