Wednesday, April 3, 2024 - Inky purple color. The nose is redolent of sweet blackberries, wild blueberries, wild flowers and charred French oak. Full-bodied, this is rich, round and tannic! Delightful, the palate has more black and blue fruits, hints of flowers, spice box, oak and minerals. Just excellent, this seems less flamboyant than I remember and is either in an ever so slight dumb phase or just easing its way into maturity. Drink now-2030+ 94
