Friday, March 31, 2023 - Very delicious and direct. Crisp, floral and a little grippy upon opening then with a brief decant you have a wine that is so charming and very much open for business - aromas of thyme, oregano and fresh soil and on the palate you've got a medium bodied wine with very well integrated tannins and flavors of black cherries, blackberries, liquorice and what my wife described as "meat" and so I asked "dried meats like sausages or something, or bloody beef?" and she replied "bloody". so there's that. For me, not so bloody. Drink now and for the next few years.
