Friday, February 5, 2016 - Gifted this to drink on our hotel balcony, and we didn't pay that much attention and were thrown a little bit on the pop, but chilled it a little and ended up finishing it some days later in the proper context/mindset, which really helps. Transparent cranberry red in color with some brown-orange flecks. Aromas of strawberries and cream, and some fortified, raisin notes on top. Lightly sweet and effervescent on the palate with an easy, fruity constitution, lowish acidity and finish, and flavors of strawberry, raspberry, black tea, and orange peel. This would be great with cheesecake.
