Wednesday, March 11, 2020 - shared with Pat at Bubbles and Pearls in Wilton Manor, a few blocks from Best Cellar. We were enjoying our annual sojourn to Boca to attend Boca Bacchanal and to drop in on Richard's in-store tasting. Bubbles and Pearls is a relatively new venue which i had been reading about on Facebook. ordered this bottle to pair with a variety of East Coast and West Coast oysters. Although not from the Champagne Region, the wine is a 100% bubbly made in the champagne style. nice persistent bubbles. a hint of yeast which i enjoy so much. a hint of green apple. a nice showing. glad to have discovered this place. will be back.
