Tuesday, May 30, 2023 - Served at cellar temperature, one half hour after opening. Strawberry and raspberry notes on the nose; light, dry cherry/cranberry on the palate; mild tannins on the finish. Selected as the "red wine" to accompany a grilled ground turkey shish kebab burger (including other layers of grilled pineapple, portobello mushroom and green and red peppers) seasoned with a bit of cilantro and garlic powder in a mild teriyaki sauce) this paired nicely.
