Sunday, August 16, 2020 - Palest gold imaginable with a lemon, lime juice and slate nose. Easy on the gums and already quite accessible, with a mineral infused palate of stones and chalk dust. Barely perceptible fruit/sweetness and dry cleansing acid to the finish. A baby, but also a terrific glass of wine to sit with on the terrace.
