I drank this bottle over 6 days, pouring a glass per day and just recorking back to the fridge, and it was still fresh and vibrant on the last day. Initially the wine was suprisingly open for a Vouvray of this age with lovely fruit, minerality and balance. As the days passed, the fruit got in the hiding somewhat, but more and more lovely nuance was to be found day by day. Easily outstanding.
