Bracing acidity, tart papaya fruit, completely dry, some glycerine texture, then nutty finish that is full of soil. This has certainly filled out over the last 3 years but it is one of the most raw, least pure Huet I've ever had. In fact, it had me thinking more of Savennieres than Vouvray, especially with the somewhat funky finish. Maybe I should have heeded my own advice and waited 5 more years to let it mesh and soften.
