Sunday, June 1, 2008 - Sprightly Chenin. Lemon zest, lychee and candlewax on the nose. Lively, honeyed citrus, bright acid and well integrated minerality on the palate. Easy and approachable. This probably isn't helpful as a tasting note, but I think this would make a terrific sparkler.
