Tuesday, May 26, 2020 - Cellaraid Discovery Box; 5/19/2017-5/26/2021 (Delivered to Home): Deep, starlight golden hue. Aromas of honeycomb, ripened apples, and a hint of petrol. A pretty good amount of acid that adds to the freshness, medium sweet, and some thickness, with flavours of overripe peaches, and even slightly creamy, as well as a honeyed character that might suggest some effects of noble rot. Fair finish
