Friday, February 17, 2017 - Deep red colour. Strawberry and toasty oak on the nose with a touch of alcohol. Sweet musk, mushroom, menthol, forest floor and a touch of funk on the palette with a bit of aniseed at the end. Opened over an hour and added a bit of savoury bite. Good acid and length. Probably needs another year or so to be drinking perfectly.
